Announced on Tuesday, the enterprise data cloud management firm said that the purchase, an all-cash transaction, will see existing shareholders receive $16 per share. Cognizant’s adjusted diluted earnings per share came to 99 cents on revenue of $4.6 billion, up 14.6% year-over-year.
